What does Hegyon cost?
Three Enterprise tiers: Lite CHF 22 / month, Pro CHF 40 / month, Full on request. Monthly or yearly billing, no per-module surcharges, no implementation fee, all prices excl. VAT. See the pricing page for what each tier includes.
Are all features really included?
Yes. Audit chain, AI document capture, personal assistant, multi-LLM provider, QR-bill, CAMT import and dunning, all in the standard price. Add-ons such as a dedicated environment or premium support are optional and on request.
Is there a minimum term?
Standard is yearly billing. We can set up monthly billing on request, and for SMEs that want to test first, there's a no-commitment 30-minute demo slot.
Who counts as a user?
Every active login with their own account. External tax advisors with read-only access or pure document recipients don't count, we're happy to walk through the exact definition during the demo.
Switzerland & compliance
Is Hegyon GeBüV-compliant?
Yes. Every financial booking is cryptographically sealed and chained into a tamper-evident audit log. Each document carries a verification hash on its face, you can prove at any time that nothing has been changed after the fact.
What about VAT and QR-bill?
Both are core mechanics, not add-ons. QR-bill as the standard send path, quarterly VAT with multilingual rates and integrated input-tax logic. CAMT.053/054 import supports every Swiss bank.
Where is the data hosted?
Swiss hosting at a Swiss provider. Data does not leave Switzerland. Details and sub-providers are documented on the security page.
AI & workflows
Which AI models does Hegyon use?
Hegyon orchestrates several models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) depending on the task, document capture, classification, suggestions. Your data is not used for model training.
What if the AI proposes something wrong?
You actively approve every proposal. Nothing is booked without your confirmation. When you correct a proposal, the AI learns from your correction, the next similar document is better.
Can we turn AI proposals off?
Yes, per module or per workflow. Some SMEs start AI proposals only in purchasing, then expand to expenses and dunning later.
Migration & onboarding
How long does onboarding take?
Setup ≈ 30 minutes. First documents imported and AI learning: 1–2 days. Productive day-to-day from day 3. No implementation project, no consultants.
Can you migrate from our current system?
Yes. We import from Excel, CSV and every common format, master data, opening balances, open items. Multi-year history can be carried over as an archive.
Does our tax advisor stay in the loop?
Yes. Hegyon has export interfaces for DATEV, Abacus and the common Swiss advisor formats. Your tax advisor can have read-only access or pull exports.
Standard & Premium
What does Enterprise Lite include?
Enterprise Lite (CHF 22 / month or CHF 240 / year) includes the Email and Calendar connectors plus the CRM, PM (Project Management) and Ticketing modules. When is Premium worth it?
When you have specific compliance requirements, need a dedicated environment, work in a regulated sector (e.g. law firms, healthcare, financial services with FINMA exposure) or have extended SLA needs.
What does Premium cost?
