Who counts as a user?
Every active login with their own account. External tax advisors with read-only access or pure document recipients don't count.
Is there an implementation or setup fee?
No. You book user licences, everything else is included on the Lite and Pro tiers. For Enterprise Full, a one-time setup fee may apply, we'll walk through the details.
Can I be billed monthly?
Yes. Enterprise Lite (CHF 22 / month or CHF 240 / year) and Enterprise Pro (CHF 40 / month or CHF 400 / year) are both billed monthly or annually, and annual is slightly cheaper per month. Individual Premium (CHF 18 / month, launching 30 August 2026) will be billed monthly.
Can I add or remove users?
Yes, any time. Adding takes effect immediately and is billed pro-rata. Removing takes effect from the next billing period.
What about VAT?
Prices shown are excl. VAT. Swiss VAT is added at the prevailing rate.
