hegyon.ai grew out of years of experience in process automation for Swiss SMEs. We kept running into the same problem: critical business knowledge was anchored only in the heads of a few key people, which meant work came to a standstill when they were away and knowledge was lost irretrievably when they retired.
At the same time, we observed the uncontrolled use of generative AI by employees who were entering sensitive company data into freely accessible LLMs. This led to data flows nobody could control and to the loss of any authority over training material.
